Our story

Expertise dedicated to local authorities

HelloSpot’s story begins where real innovation is born: on the ground, listening to the concrete needs of public servants and local authorities.

Before becoming HelloSpot, we were a well-known online appointment booking solution, already deployed in more than 700 municipalities. For nearly ten years, we worked hand in hand with municipal departments, front desks, senior management and technical services.

This closeness gave us a better understanding of how things work internally: scattered tools, complex workflows, information lost between departments. One conviction quickly took hold: to improve the citizen relationship for the long term, you first have to simplify and structure the work of internal teams.
