Protecting your personal data is a priority for HelloSpot.
We are committed to respecting your privacy and to processing your data transparently, securely and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi « Informatique et Libertés »).

Data collected

We only collect the data strictly necessary for the use of our website or our services.
Depending on the form or tool used, the following data may be collected:

  • Last name, first name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Local authority or organization you belong to

  • Browsing data (cookies, pages viewed, time spent on the site, etc.)

Purposes of processing

The data collected is used to:

  • Respond to your contact or demo requests

  • Send you information about our services

  • Give you access to our content (white papers, newsletter, etc.)

  • Improve browsing and the user experience on our website

  • Measure the audience of our pages

Retention period

Your personal data is kept only for as long as strictly necessary for the purpose of the processing:

  • Contact data: 3 years after the last exchange

  • Browsing data: 13 months maximum

  • Data related to a sales inquiry: 3 years from collection or from the last active contact

Recipients of the data

Your data is processed by the HelloSpot teams and by our technical subcontractors (processors): Clever Cloud (website hosting, in France) and HubSpot (forms and customer relationship management, in its European data center).
It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

Technical service providers may be involved in hosting or managing our website. They are contractually bound to respect the confidentiality of the data and to use it only for the purposes of their assignment.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your personal data

  • Right to rectification if your data is inaccurate or incomplete

  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

  • Right to restriction of processing

  • Right to object to the processing of your data

  • Right to data portability

Cookies

The website uses cookies to improve your browsing and measure audience.
Among them is a cross-site journey cookie (_os_cid), set by our own measurement tool: it records that you moved from one of our websites (HelloSpot, RDV360, Blissa) to another, so we know where requests come from. It holds a random identifier, is never shared with third parties and expires after 13 months. It is not set if you refuse it.
You can accept, refuse or customize their use through the banner displayed on your first visit.
